Experimenting with colour
Taking into consideration previous feedback on different outcomes. Combatting the limitation of photo quality and using more illustrative methods with an outcome which explored the methods seen in these outcomes as well as exploring colour in order to better evoke tone.
Saul Bass
Saul Bass's work is bold and illustrative. Using silhouetted images and hand drawn 'crooked' There is a sense of seriousness to the work while being illustrative at the same time, possibly created within the jagged edges of the images and the type
Outcome

Being informed by type and image style of horror novels
and 80's horror movie type and style in creating a
scary tone.

Experimenting with bright colours and the impact they create.
Changed the size of the type and the composition to better illustrate the title

Although it is suggestive and 'shocking' imagery the text also lends to speak for itself. There is possibly more to explore in this.

"I don't think this works, mainly due to the colour, it's quite off-putting and I don't think the type works very well either"
I think the brightness of the colours are too distracting and the message isn't very clear because of this"
