Choosing this brief I considered the source material, this is where my interest sparked as I'm interested in the genre myself. There were various considerations towards creating my final outcome, this involved primary research in gaining insight and feedback. Primary research was also important in gaining one to one insight of individual design outcomes.
I think the success of the outcome is shown within the consideration of the design choices, such as colour. The final design was informed by previously created outcomes with were developed further with more insight and research.
I was able to gain some insight into the success of the outcome with feedback, the response seemed overall quite positive however there was an acknowledgment of wrong information on the back. but its in this mistake that I have learnt to be more thorough within reading briefs information within their requirements.
I've been able to learn about book cover design on a more thorough level then I previously had before. There was various exploration of different factors such as analysation production, design and outcome.
