An initial issue to explore was to look at the issue of the arts and funding, this was brought up in a lecture, by speaking to a few lectures there was some further insight into this issue.

This book explores the issue of higher education and UK government imposing cuts. Undergraduate fees have been the subject of controversy for a number of years, sparking outrage. This issue has a lot of interest and relevance, however, there was the potential difficulty in finding a lot of primary research and also create interest in how to change this issue, the message would have to be directed to higher ups - those who I couldn't interact with very easily.
